1. Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At Glamvexa, your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality and design of every piece in our collection. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit, or you may simply change your mind. To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we have established a comprehensive and customer-friendly return and refund process, strictly compliant with Vietnamese consumer protection laws and e-commerce regulations.
2. 30-Day Return Window
You have the right to return your purchased items within 30 calendar days from the date of successful delivery (as confirmed by the tracking number). Please note that returns requested after this 30-day period will not be accepted, and the request will be declined by our aftercare team.
3. Eligibility Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned items must strictly meet the following conditions:

Unworn & Unwashed: The garment must not show any signs of wearing, outdoor exposure, or washing.

Intact Tags: The original product labels, brand tags, and hygiene stickers must remain fully attached and unremoved.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, or at least in a reusable, protective shipping bag to ensure no damage occurs during the return transit.

No Damage: The product must be free from any odors (perfume, smoke, or deodorant), pet hair, stains, or alterations. Items that fail to meet these strict quality standards will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.
4. How to Initiate a Return (Mandatory Pre-Authorization)
To ensure that your return is handled efficiently and that your personal information is protected, we do not accept direct, unauthorized package deliveries to physical addresses. All return procedures MUST be initiated and authorized via email.
Please follow these steps to initiate your return:

In your email, include your Order Number, the SKU(s) of the items you wish to return, and a clear photograph of the items showing them in their unworn, original condition.

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours (excluding Vietnamese public holidays).

Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific, authorized return shipping instructions and warehouse drop-off point details via email.
⚠️ CRITICAL NOTE REGARDING PHYSICAL ADDRESSES: Please DO NOT ship any returns directly to an unknown physical warehouse address without explicit, written authorization from aftercare@glamvexa.com. We use a centralized, third-party quality control center for all returned goods. Any packages sent without prior email authorization will be refused, rejected, or disposed of, and we will not be liable for lost or unreturned items.
5. Refund Processing Time & Method
Once your authorized return package is received and passes our rigorous quality inspection at the authorized processing center (usually within 3 to 5 business days upon arrival), we will notify you via email regarding the refund approval. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, local bank transfer, etc.) within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you require an exchange for a different size or color, please indicate this in your initial email to aftercare@glamvexa.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please note that the shipping costs for sending the exchange item will be the customer's responsibility.
