1. Order Processing Time
At Glamvexa, we value your time. Our dedicated fulfillment team works tirelessly to ensure your orders are packed and processed with utmost efficiency. All orders placed on our official website are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Vietnamese public holidays). Orders received after 2:00 PM (ICT / Vietnam Time) will be considered received on the next business day. During our peak shopping seasons, promotions, or flash sales, we appreciate your patience as processing may require an additional 1-2 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping within Vietnam
For our valued customers in Vietnam, we partner with leading domestic express couriers to ensure rapid and reliable delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days to major cities (such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City), and up to 7 business days for remote provinces.

Shipping Costs: The shipping fee is calculated automatically during the checkout process based on the total weight of your order and your specific delivery address. We always strive to provide the most competitive rates offered by our logistics partners.
3. International Shipping
We are thrilled to serve international customers. For orders shipped outside of Vietnam, we utilize reliable international express services to ensure your package reaches you safely.

Estimated Delivery Time: International delivery is highly dependent on the destination country, distance, and customs clearance efficiency. On average, it takes 7 to 15 business days for packages to arrive.

Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are determined by the actual weight and volumetric weight of the package, along with the destination country, and are displayed at checkout.
4. Customs Duties, Import VAT, and Taxes
Important Notice for International Shipments: When a package crosses an international border, it is subject to inspection and potential taxation by the customs authorities of the destination country (including Vietnam, when shipping from overseas warehouses). Any import duties, customs fees, and Value-Added Tax (VAT) levied by the Vietnamese Customs authorities are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Glamvexa has no control over these governmental charges. If you have any questions regarding customs clearance documents (such as invoices or packing lists) required by your local customs office, please contact our aftercare team at aftercare@glamvexa.com, and we will assist you by preparing and providing the necessary official documents promptly.
5. Order Tracking & Support
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the carrier's name and a unique tracking number. You can use this number on the courier's official website to monitor the real-time location of your package. Should your package experience unexpected delays, lost transit, or if you simply prefer an update, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at aftercare@glamvexa.com. We will contact the logistics provider on your behalf to investigate the status immediately.
6. Force Majeure Disclaimer
Please note that Glamvexa is not liable for any shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, customs strikes, carrier operational disruptions, and government-imposed lockdowns. We will, however, do our best to inform you of any such delays and work with the courier to resume deliveries as quickly as possible.
